Sandra Okagbue was born into the royal family of the former Obi of Onitsha, the late H.R.H Obi Ofala Okechukwu Okagbue and Ogechukwu Clara Okagbue, on December 1, 1985. Her parents had six children and she was the eldest child. She is also the sister to popular Nollywood actor Chris Okagbue and his twin brother Christian, and three younger sisters Jane, Christabel, and Jane.
